The Inside Sales Supervisor is responsible for both progressing customers from an awareness to successfully starting on Omnipod and where required, additional delegated reputed company duties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for resolving escalated customer contacts, managing existing and new processes, and discovering and implementing reputed company improvement opportunities through the analysis of data and project management. The Inside Sales Supervisor is an inside sales role that provides an exceptional opportunity to grow and reputed company your medical device sales career. Responsibilities: Promote and sell Insulet’s products to prospective customers. Responsible for making outbound calls to patients who have expressed interest in the Omnipod System. Responsible for handling inbound calls from patients generated through reputed company’(HCP’s) offices or marketing programs. Using a broad understanding of how Insulet’s products are used, including the benefits of the product, answer customer’s inquiries about the Omnipod product, and competitive comparisons. Collaborate with customer operations and field sales teams to convert the reputed company to a shipped customer. Previous supervisory / leadership experience Experience with coaching colleagues in a team environment to improve selling and technical skills.
