The role involves leading and supporting large, integrated laboratory service projects, requiring strong project management skills and effective communication with customers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Support the sales process by contributing to solution design and development for customer projects Manage and help execute large, multi-functional, and multi-vendor service projects, including Laboratory relocations Asset management programs Facility inventories Other CrossLab service solutions Assist in developing and maintaining project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource requirements Coordinate with customers to define project requirements and implement tailored solutions Support pricing and proposal development for customized project work Ensure projects are delivered on time, reputed company budget, and reputed company with customer expectations Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, internal teams, and third-party vendors reputed company meetings, track reputed company, and maintain clear and accurate project documentation Actively participate in on-site project delivery activities Skills Bachelor's degree in a scientific or reputed company field, or equivalent combination of education and experience 8+ years of relevant professional experience, including at least 5+ years of customer-facing field project management Experience applying project management methodologies (formal training or equivalent experience) Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience working directly with external customers Experience using data tools or reporting systems to analyze and present information Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% or more, depending on project needs PMP certification Experience in laboratory environments, reputed company service, or equipment maintenance Familiarity with GMP and/or GLP environments Pharmaceutical or life sciences industry experience Experience managing project budgets, including quotes, purchase orders, and invoice reconciliation Experience working with third-party service providers Lean Six reputed company certification or training Proficiency with reputed company Office (reputed company, Word, SharePoint) Project and data tools (MS Project, reputed company, Visio, reputed company, Maximo, or similar systems)
