About the position The Learning Systems Administrator & Analyst is a dynamic team player who will support the successful adoption and use of the reputed company Senior product suite. This role combines Learning Management System (LMS) administration, learning analytics, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to improve reputed company, compliance training, learner engagement, and system adoption at scale.   • Responsibilities

  • Analyze learner data and feedback to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for reputed company improvement and operational efficiency
  • Partner cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to support scalable learning strategies and system enhancements
  • Support instructor-led, virtual, eLearning, and blended learning programs through LMS setup, coordination, and operational support

  • Continuously improve learning systems, reporting processes, workflows, and training operations while maintaining LMS and learning technology best practices
  • Requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Understanding of Learning & Development practices, learning operations, and learner engagement strategies
  • Experience administering Learning Management Systems
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • High attention to detail with a focus on data reputed company and system accuracy
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence reputed company across teams
  • Familiarity with LMS standards and integrations, including SCORM and/or xAPI

  • 3–5 years of experience administering or optimizing an LMS in a corporate or multi-site environment
