reputed company into a pivotal leadership role at CP Skin Health as our Regional Sales Manager for the Southwest Region (AZ, NM, NV, UT, CO, and WA). In this dynamic position, you will drive strategic sales initiatives to maximize market penetration while championing a high-performing team of ten Business Development Representatives. Location Note: The ideal candidate will reside in the greater Phoenix, AZ area.

Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Planning

  • Drive Strategy: Spearhead regional sales initiatives by developing comprehensive action plans and setting quotas reputed company with broader corporate objectives.

  • Advise Executives: Present regional sales forecasts, emerging market trends, and strategic recommendations directly to executive management.

Team Development & Management

Relationship & Financial Management

  • Cultivate Partnerships: Build and maintain strategic relationships with high-performing accounts, collaborating with the Key Account team to execute regional strategies.

Required qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree

Compensation and Benefits Salary Range $124,000.00 - $174,000.00 USD Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles. Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date reputed company the calendar year).
