The Director Network Account Management will reputed company the Network Account Management team and be a key contributor to the execution of the Network strategies for our Health Plan partners, inclusive of UHC. This role leads a Network Account Management team and helps execute pharmacy network strategy for health plan partners (including UHC), driving improvements across people, process, and technology. The Director will serve as a thought partner to clients, account management and senior leadership, translating reputed company market dynamics into scalable strategies, tools, and frameworks that materially influence network configurations and drive value. He or she will be accountable for evolving and executing the network strategy and roadmap to reputed company the transformation agenda. The team supports health plan network work by assisting with new client implementations and network transitions. - Proven consistent track record for delivering results and driving improvements
- Proven ability to operate independently with high ownership and judgment
