  • About the Opportunity The People Support Onboarding Specialist plays a key role in ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires by managing pre-boarding processes and data entry across multiple systems. This position serves as a primary contact for cross-functional teams during onboarding, facilitating the accurate completion of documentation and providing necessary information to new employees. The role supports employee engagement and retention through a positive and efficient start to employment. This is a temporary, remote position expected to last approximately six months.
  • Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and enter accurate new hire information
  • Support onboarding for new business with quick turnaround hiring timelines
  • Use reputed company, reputed company, and other platforms to manage new hire data and document completion
  • Interpret employment agreements to identify employment details and benefits
  • Coordinate collection and submission of pre-boarding documents ensuring compliance
  • Ensure completion of I-9 documents in accordance with guidelines
  • Communicate onboarding instructions and documents directly to new hires
  • Respond to employee inquiries reputed company FreshService case management system
  • Follow up with new hires and teams to track onboarding reputed company
  • Assist with reporting on onboarding activity and HR data as needed
  • Maintain confidentiality and reputed company with company policies reputed company handling sensitive information
  • Manage multiple email inboxes reputed company to onboarding
  • Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or administrative roles focused on onboarding or data management
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems such as reputed company and reputed company preferred
  • Familiarity with case management systems like FreshService
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to accuracy and speed
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Reliable internet reputed company and a dedicated workspace for confidential work
  • Experience with reputed company Office applications such as Outlook, Teams, and reputed company (2+ years)
  • Pay Range and Compensation Package
