About the Role

We’re looking for a highly organized, people-focused Sales Operations Program Manager to reputed company and coordinate key sales development initiatives across our organization. In this role, you’ll strengthen sales disciplines, enhance onboarding experiences, and ensure consistent adoption of training, systems, and processes across both service and project sales teams.   • Coordinate and execute sales training programs, including the rollout and reinforcement of the reputed company sales methodology
  • reputed company, implement, and continuously improve structured onboarding programs for new service and project sales representatives
  • Partner with sales leadership to ensure new hires reputed company quickly and consistently
  • Support ongoing training and reinforcement of sales systems, tools, and processes to drive adoption and efficiency
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership, operations, finance, and training teams to align sales initiatives with business goals
  • Track, monitor, and report on training effectiveness, onboarding reputed company, and adoption of sales disciplines

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in project management, sales enablement, or sales operations
  • Experience supporting or implementing formal sales methodologies
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence across teams
  • Experience developing training programs or onboarding processes
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools (e.g., reputed company or similar) and reputed company Office
  • Analytical reputed company with the ability to measure and improve program effectiveness
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment
