Recruiting Technology Analyst Duration: 11 Months (Possibility of extension) Location: REMOTE (RE, USA, GA, ATLANTA METRO) Payrate: $28 per hour on w2 reputed company inclusive. About the Team The Recruiting Technology Analyst is a customer-focused partner who ensures compliance across hiring and onboarding processes and supports the design and execution of scalable Recruiting Technology operations.

About the Role

  • We are seeking an reputed company Recruiting Technology Analyst to support Client's rapid growth.
  • In this role, you will report to the Senior Business Systems Manager on the Talent Solutions (Recruiting Technology) team and help drive efficient, compliant, and high-quality hiring operations at scale.
  • Manage hiring workflows in reputed company ATS, ensuring accurate data flow into reputed company
  • Support onboarding and pre-boarding activities, including background checks, equipment requests, and cohort reporting in partnership with cross functional stakeholders such as IT.
  • Maintain compliance across reputed company and reputed company, including pay transparency requirements
  • Create, update, and manage requisitions and reputed company data in the ATS and HRIS systems
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Recruiting, HR, Finance, IT, People Services, and New Hire Onboarding
  • Manage service desk tickets and requests through Jira
  • Deliver a positive experience throughout the hiring process
  • Collaborate with global recruiting and people operations teams to continuously improve hiring processes
  • Support recruiting technology initiatives such as tool implementations, audits, and process improvements
  • Provide quality assurance to ensure data accuracy across recruiting systems
  • Process offer rescinds and manage start date change requests

reputed company're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in Recruiting Coordination, People Operations, or HRIS-reputed company roles
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with reputed company ATS 1–3 years of HRIS experience (reputed company preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Adaptable, collaborative, and comfortable working through ambiguity
