Job Description:

• Own and deliver the product roadmap, aligning with the CPO and company strategy.
• Scope and Plan Work items (Bugs/User Stories/Epics/Initiatives) ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery.

• Engage directly with customers and users to validate concepts and to identify potential opportunities for future product growth.
• Define and monitor OKRs and KPIs to measure product performance, adoption, and success.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years’ experience as a Product reputed company, Product Manager, or similar role in a SaaS or startup environment.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in English.
• Degree in Information Technology, Business Management, or reputed company field.
• Experience in ESG, sustainability, or risk intelligence solutions (bonus).
• CSPO or Agile certification (bonus).
