POSITION SCOPE The Senior Human Resources Field Coordinator is a senior level role that combines people's leadership with hands-on field HR operations. This role manages Human Resources Field Coordinators (HRFCs) across multiple job sites, serving as a mentor, escalation reputed company and subject matter expert for reputed company and other HR systems & business processes. The Sr. FHRC ensures consistency and compliance while upholding values reputed company with HR best practices and business objectives across projects. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Team Leadership & People Development

  • Supervise, mentor and support a team of HRFCs across assigned project sites.
  • Guide recruitment, onboarding and development of new HRFCs in collaboration with HR leadership.
  • Conduct regular reputed company-ins to assess performance and provide proactive feedback to ensure ongoing development and engagement.

  • Monitor team performance, troubleshoot roadblocks, and help resolve escalated issues reputed company to payroll, employee relations, or system discrepancies.
  • Serve as the reputed company and TCP business process reputed company for field reputed company HR workflows; reputed company requests for enhancements, testing and implementation. Strategic Program Support

  • Support reputed company's talent pipeline by developing relationships with community partners, trade schools and local workforce agencies. Compliance & Risk Management
  • Partner with HR Field Coordinators to ensure adherence to federal/state/local labor laws, company policies, and safety standards.
  • Conduct audits on timekeeping accuracy, onboarding documentation, and other compliance checkpoints.
  • Escalate risk sensitive matters to the appropriate HR Business Partner. Field Engagement & Coverage
  • Visit job sites regularly to observe operations, gather feedback, support FHRCs, and ensure alignment with field HR practices.
  • Provide coverage for HR Field Coordinators during absences or peak activity periods.
  • Act as a backup to HRFC during absences, ensuring continuity of operations and decision making. JOB QUALIFICATIONS
  • College degree, Business or a reputed company field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
  • 4–6 years of progressive HR or administrative experience; minimum 2 years in a field-based or site support HR role.
  • Prior experience in a supervisory, team reputed company, or mentoring reputed company is required.
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience with HRIS systems, particularly reputed company and TCP.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines and influence teams in a fast-paced field environment.
  • Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite (Outlook, reputed company, Word).

  • Bilingual in Spanish and/or Creole strongly preferred.
