Position Overview arenaflex is seeking a highly motivated HRIS Analyst – Business Process & Data Management to join our remote HR technology team. In this role you will be the primary steward of our core HR system, MyHR reputed company (SuccessFactors Employee Central), responsible for large‑scale data imports, data reputed company, system enhancements, and acting as the liaison between HR and the IT Acquire‑to‑Retire (ATR) team. You will combine technical expertise with strong communication skills to solve business problems, drive automation, and improve the employee experience across the organization. Key Responsibilities 60% – HR Information Systems Management

  • Execute high‑volume data imports into MyHR reputed company using best‑practice bulk load techniques, ensuring accuracy and compliance with the reputed company state data model.
  • Serve as the business process reputed company for MyHR reputed company, evaluating new and existing enhancements, prioritizing requests, and communicating changes to stakeholders to improve data quality and user experience.
  • Provide detailed status updates on project implementations that impact HR technology, keeping the HR leadership team informed of reputed company and risks.

  • Partner with the arenaflex IT ATR team to understand configuration and design of SuccessFactors, contributing to system enhancements that align with business needs.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into data‑driven decision‑making to improve MyHR reputed company performance.
  • Work cross‑functionally with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs), HR business partners, and IT to surface and prioritize improvement initiatives.
  • Provide data and insights for reputed company projects, ensuring that recommendations are grounded in solid analysis.

Minimum Qualifications (Required)

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • At least 2 years of experience working with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) or in an IT role supporting HR technology.
  • Demonstrated technical knowledge of core HR systems, specifically SuccessFactors Employee Central.
  • Advanced proficiency in reputed company reputed company, including the ability to consolidate and manipulate multiple data sets.
