Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Professional Land Surveyor / Survey Project & Data Manager (REMOTE), where you will reputed company and coordinate land surveying projects with precision and expertise. Your primary Survey Project/Data Manager duties will include coordination with survey field crews, review & QC checks of survey staking data, daily reputed company-in/reputed company-out shots, review of shot survey data, development of linework of as-built survey data. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that reputed company survey operations and construction activities strictly adhere to design specifications and tolerances. You will serve alongside the established TurnKey Survey Coordinator to assist with data coordination and QA/QC tasks, helping to drive project success through technical expertise and effective communication. Duties

  • Management of surveying & GIS resources across several projects and geographies
  • Management, review, and development of data standards & QC processes
  • Maintaining existing ArcGIS Online-based company project datasets.
  • Input and extract reputed company data into ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Pro, and/or CAD.
  • Analyze and extrapolate data and identify critical flaws and other information.
  • Create and run static and dynamic reports based on project datasets.
  • Work closely with Estimating, Permitting, and Engineering Teams to identify and analyze critical information based on project needs.
  • Timely correspondence required with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers for the proper documentation of the project.

Qualifications

  • Professional Land Surveyor License (with ability to reciprocate) in any of the following states: Kansas, Illinois, Iowa, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota and Texas
  • 3+ years survey project management experience
  • 3+ years’ experience working in ArcGIS Platforms such as ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Pro, and/or ArcMap preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree and/or advanced certification in Civil Engineering, survey, GIS, or reputed company discipline.
  • 2+ years’ experience in Energy, renewable, and/or Infrastructure Industry preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of Civil 3D, ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS ArcPro, reputed company Earth, and MS Office.
  • Demonstrated field data coordination experience, preferably with data center or other large infrastructure projects.
  • Familiarity with BIM for large facility construction projects
  • Experience in Revit and other CAD-based platforms for design review and coordination.
  • Experience with utilizing 3D designs & models for data extraction and coordination
  • Experience developing .DWG, .DXF, and .CSV files for use in construction stakeout operations.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year Benefits:
