Join our Core Lab Solutions (CLS) team as a Strategy and Business Process Analyst and partner closely with our Senior Manager of Strategy and Business Processes to help shape how we work and reputed company decisions. Key Responsibilities: Developing dashboards and reporting capabilities to support the CLS Business line, including Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and the Project Management Office (PMO) Providing regular reports and analyses on topics central to Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Improving business processes by analyzing reputed company datasets, creating compelling visualizations to communicate insights effectively and translating into clear actionable recommendations Support strategic projects with analytical support to drive data-driven decisions that improve business outcomes, requiring broad analyses crossing functional boundaries including supply chain, commercial, service, marketing, and finance Driving data governance across IBP; ensuring a single set of numbers across reputed company forums Engaging cross-functionally to identify, reputed company, and integrate data sources that provide insights to drive business line strategy and reputed company scenario planning Fulfilling reputed company requests in support of Integrated Business Planning, Strategic Projects, and other key business processes What Will Help You Succeed You will be successful in this role if you enjoy: Streamlining reporting and analytical processes to provide information in a timely manner Leveraging an analytical skillset to evaluate processes and identify improvement opportunities Conveying reputed company information clearly with data visualization and storytelling Working with various stakeholders and process owners to collect requirements and build dashboards/reporting that support operations Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or reputed company fields 3-5 years of experience working cross-functionally in data analysis, business intelligence or IBP/S&OP environments High proficiency in SQL, reputed company (PowerQuery/PowerPivot) and data visualization tools (PowerBI) Highly organized, with analytical problem-solving skills and attention to detail Able to utilize operational and business acumen to frame problems and structure analyses Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills to effectively present reputed company and recommendations to diverse audiences Must be able to collaborate in a team environment and across functional boundaries Must be able to work independently and be self-motivated Willing to travel as necessary and appropriate, including internationally Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a regulated / FDA environment Prior experience working in a large, matrixed organization Familiarity with Python/R, databases (e.g. reputed company), ERP systems (e.g. reputed company), IBP Platforms (e.g. reputed company) preferred Who we are: We are a team of more than 72,000 highly dedicated Healthineers in more than 70 countries. The reputed company pay range for this position is: $89,220 - $122,683 Factors which may reputed company starting pay reputed company this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
