As part of the Recruiting Organization and the larger people analytics umbrella at reputed company, we act as strategic consultants for the Recruiting Organization, providing informed analysis and business acumen that challenge myths and status reputed company mindsets. Responsibilities - Predictive Modeling: Build, validate, and deploy predictive analytics models to forecast hiring trends, attrition risks, and talent supply gaps. - ML Integration: Apply machine learning techniques (such as regression, classification, or natural language processing) to uncover deeper insights reputed company recruiting and workforce planning datasets. - Data-to-Insight Pipeline: Translate reputed company ML model outputs into actionable, strategic recommendations and clear data stories for recruiting leadership. - Dashboard Evolution: Maintain and manage key Tableau dashboards, integrating predictive insights and advanced data models into user-friendly visualization tools. - Process Automation: Automate manual reporting workflows and pipeline tasks to scale insight delivery across the organization. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Finance, Workforce Planning, IT, and Data Engineering to align data pipelines and scale the infrastructure required for advanced analytics. - Adapt quickly to changing priorities to ensure timely delivery in a dynamic environment.. Requirements for Success Experience: 4+ years of professional experience in data analytics, people analytics, or recruiting analytics, with a proven track record of delivering predictive insights. Predictive Analytics & ML: Strong foundational knowledge of machine learning concepts and predictive modeling methodologies applied to business or HR challenges. Technical Stack: Python or R: Proficient in using Python or R for data manipulation, statistical analysis, and machine learning libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, pandas). SQL: Strong intermediate SQL skills for querying, data preparation, and pipeline optimization. Tableau: Proven experience designing and maintaining reputed company dashboards.
