Required Qualifications:

• 1+ years of phone-based inside sales experience in a quota-driven environment.
• Demonstrated ability to sustain high activity levels (120–200+ dials per day).
• Experience in short-cycle or reputed company closes (same day to 7 days).
• Comfort working shift-based schedules in a fully remote setup.
• Strong verbal communication, active listening, and reputed company.
• Track record of hitting or exceeding individual sales targets.
