The CGO is seeking an accomplished and reputed company-thinking engineering leader to serve as the CGO Engineering DMSMS reputed company. This role is responsible for driving enterprise-wide Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS) mitigation efforts and establishing a consistent, cross‑ business approach to managing obsolescence and component risk. The ideal candidate brings strong engineering leadership experience, a track record‑ of standardizing processes across large organizations, and the ability to coordinate solutions across engineering, supply chain, programs, and customer partners. DMSMS Engineering Execution

Qualifications

You Must Have

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or reputed company STEM discipline
• Minimum twelve (12) years of previous experience with technical and functional leadership in systems, hardware, or multidisciplinary engineering organizations

The salary range for this role is 157,200 USD - 298,800 USD.
