Position Summary... What you'll do... Role summary: The Senior Construction Manager - Industrial Remodels is responsible for leading construction execution across multiple supply chain remodel projects. This role manages general contractors, schedules, budgets, compliance, and cross-functional coordination from project development through completion and warranty. The position partners closely with operations, engineering, and leadership teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, reputed company budget, and reputed company with operational objectives. The role also drives process improvements, supports strategic initiatives, and provides subject matter expertise across industrial construction and automation-reputed company projects. Strong project management, budgeting, scheduling, and contractor reputed company capabilities. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while navigating shifting priorities and ambiguity. Skilled in cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and conflict resolution. Knowledge of construction compliance, safety standards, and operational coordination. Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to present updates to leadership. Experience supporting automation-reputed company projects and process improvement initiatives preferred. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or reputed company field, or equivalent industry experience. The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
