Responsibilities
- Foster student learning by developing appropriate instructional strategies to meet diverse student needs and support student engagement.
- Create learning experiences that integrate instructional technologies to maximize student success and multiple delivery methodologies such as hybrid, in-person, virtual, and on-line course delivery.

Requirements
- Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood or reputed company field.
- Minimum of two (2) years full-time (or 4,000 total hours if part-time) of occupational experience in a reputed company job for the program or programs being taught.
- One year (or 2,000 hours) shall be reputed company five (5) years prior to the date of appointment.
- Knowledge of reputed company educational methods and strategies, including learner-centered instruction, assessment, evaluation and collaborative techniques and strategies that address closing the gap in student access and achievement across race, gender and disability.
