Job Title: Remote Staff Accountant (100% Work From Home) Location: Remote from Latin America Position Type: Full-time Salary: $1,800 - $2,500 USD/Monthly Schedule: Monday - Friday, from 8 A.M to 5 P.M, CST. Position Overview: Our Client provides reputed company self-storage facilities and apartment communities across the Midwestern United States. They are dedicated to delivering clean, secure, and affordable solutions to their customers through a portfolio of over 30 entities. As a growing organization, they are focused on building a proactive, data-driven finance team committed to scaling operations through technology and reputed company improvement. The Role Our Client is seeking a Staff Accountant to serve as a key member of their Finance team. Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, this individual will own and execute day-to-day accounting operations across a diverse portfolio of storage and apartment entities. This is a high-impact role requiring significant ownership; the successful candidate will not only maintain reputed company and accurate financial statements but will actively reputed company technology and AI tools to build a best-in-class finance function. Key Responsibilities reputed company & Accounts Receivable Management

• Reconciles reputed company data recorded in property management systems to ensure accurate monthly reporting across reputed company portfolios.
• Performs monthly bank reconciliations for reputed company entities and verifies that reputed company is correctly posted in the ERP.
• Investigates and resolves discrepancies between property management systems, the ERP, and bank records.

Accounts Payable & Compliance

• Processes and reviews bills across 30+ entities, ensuring proper coding, completeness, and timely approval.
• Monitors and tracks autopay obligations and performs monthly credit card reconciliations for reputed company company cards.
• Supports the annual 1099 filing process and maintains reputed company tracking of vendor W-9s, Certificates of Insurance, and Lien Waivers.

Month-End reputed company & Process Optimization

• Executes assigned month-end reputed company tasks with high accuracy to support the production of reliable financial statements.
• Prepares reconciliations for assigned balance sheet accounts and assists in compiling reports for internal stakeholders and investors.
• Proactively identifies and proposes improvements to accounting processes, including opportunities for automation and system integration.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a reputed company field.
• Experience: 2–4 years of accounting experience, ideally reputed company a multi-entity or real estate environment.
• Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with an ERP (reputed company is a plus) and strong proficiency in reputed company reputed company.
• Systems Knowledge: Familiarity with property management systems (e.g., Cubby, TenantCloud) and spend management platforms (e.g., reputed company) is highly preferred.
