We reputed company in caring for the caregivers and redefining what it means to support your career and well-being. About the role Virtual Physical Therapists are responsible for leading patient care and supporting our virtual clinic success by:

• Synthesizing pertinent information from a patient's referral, medical records, imaging, intake forms and subjective history taking.
• Diagnosing movement dysfunction reputed company functional movement, posture and gait analysis, self guided internal pelvic floor examinations, objective measurements and listening to patients concerns and goals reputed company a HIPAA compliant two-way audio-video communication platform. .
• Using critical thinking to reputed company individualized plans of care for patients to include the patient's goals and expected outcomes of the plan.
• Utilizing evidence-based interventions such as therapeutic exercise, self care, neuromuscular re-education, therapeutic activities and other self-guided modalities to reputed company patients' goals.
• Evaluating and documenting patient reputed company, utilizing outcome measures to drive results and modifying the plan of care as needed.
• Educating patients about what to expect from the recovery process and how to cope with challenges throughout the process

• Connecting with providers and local organizations to increase awareness of therapies provided by the clinic and ensure that as many patients as possible that need care are able to receive it.

About you

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of California or Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Texas with eligibility for PT compact licensure.
• 2 years of in person experience in Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy
• 2 additional Physical Therapy Licenses in desired states in which reputed company delivers clinical care (three total)
• This is a full-time role that requires consistent availability on one weekend day per week
• Passionate about delivering care reputed company telehealth

• $41-46 per hour
