Operations Manager – In Home ABA Therapy Services
Job Description:
- Ensuring our in-home ABA services run smoothly from referral to service delivery
- Coordinating schedules, supporting staff, communicating with families, and keeping operations moving without service interruptions
- Coordinating staff assignments, schedules, and visit logistics
- Supporting clinical and administrative teams with day-to-day operational tasks
- Ensuring families receive timely communication and feel supported throughout the process
- Troubleshooting service issues such as cancellations, staffing gaps, or onboarding delays
- Partnering with leadership to improve processes and field operations
- Tracking service delivery, onboarding tasks, and documentation for compliance
- Supporting field trainings, team engagement, and operational planning
- Maintaining compliance with internal policies and payer requirements to avoid service disruptions
Requirements:
- Must live in driving distance to one of our clinics
- 2+ years of experience in ABA or behavioral health
- 3+ years experience with scheduling, medical reputed company office, or clinic operations preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to organize, multitask, and problem-solve in a fast-paced setting
- Experience supporting or leading teams
- Self-motivated and collaborative
