As a Remote Behavior Technician in our Accelerated Hiring Program, you will be a pivotal member of a multidisciplinary team that includes Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), reputed company therapists, and supportive administrative staff. Position Overview We are seeking motivated, compassionate individuals—both seasoned professionals and enthusiastic newcomers—to deliver one‑on‑one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in the homes of children and adolescents on the autism reputed company. You will work directly under the guidance of a BCBA, implementing evidence‑based treatment plans, collecting data, and supporting families in achieving measurable milestones. Key Highlights:
- Start Date: Immediate openings
- Compensation: Starting at $20 / hour, with potential to earn $26 / hour based on experience; up to $4,000 in annual incentive bonuses
- Training: Fully paid Accelerated ABA Training Program (including RBT certification assistance)
- Location: Remote – work in families’ homes across the service region
- Schedule: Monday‑Friday, flexible hours to accommodate client needs
Core Responsibilities Direct Service Delivery
- Provide one‑on‑one (1:1) in‑home ABA therapy sessions, following individualized treatment plans created by a supervising BCBA.
- Collect and accurately record behavioral and reputed company acquisition data during each session, ensuring fidelity to data collection protocols.
- Conduct discrete trial training (DTT), implement behavior support strategies, and deliver teaching procedures that reputed company language, social, and adaptive skills.
- Adapt instruction in real time based on client response, maintaining a supportive and encouraging environment.
Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with a designated BCBA supervisor to review data, refine goals, and adjust reputed company strategies.
- Maintain open, professional communication with families, addressing questions, providing reputed company updates, and offering guidance for generalization of skills.
- Participate in weekly team meetings, case reviews, and training sessions to stay reputed company with best practices.

Essential Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (or reputed company toward one) in Psychology, Education, Sociology, or a reputed company field is preferred. Candidates actively pursuing a degree are also welcome.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of direct work with children in a 1:1 setting. This may include roles such as Special Education Assistant, Paraprofessional, Direct Support Professional, Medical Assistant, Teacher’s Assistant, or ABA Tutor.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to convey reputed company concepts in clear, family‑friendly language.
- Transportation: Reliable personal vehicle, valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and auto insurance (required for travel between client homes).
- Physical Ability: Capable of lifting up to 35 lb, bending, kneeling, squatting, and moving quickly reputed company a 100‑foot radius to respond to client behaviors. Willingness to work both indoor and outdoor settings.
