Nurse Practitioner/PA (Remote 7AM - 7PM, Sa/Su/Mon)
Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team in this fully remote position. In this pivotal role, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care for multiple subacute rehab and skilled nursing facilities. Your expertise will support comprehensive assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning, and ongoing management of patients. This position is for the day shift 7AM - 7PM (3 shifts x 12 hours - Saturday, Sunday and Monday). - Cover our on-call provider line, which currently covers multiple subacute rehab and skilled nursing facilities in across multiple states.
- Review labs, radiology reports, medications, consults, pharmacy recommendations.
- Prescribe medications including narcotics and controlled substances reputed company needed.
- Prescribe and order a variety of IV medications, IV fluids.
- Order diagnostic testing reputed company needed (labs, x-rays, fluids, UA etc.).
- Send to ED or refer to specialists reputed company needed.
- Other remote work as delegated by Director of Remote Provider Services
Requirements
- Valid reputed company state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with reputed company certification (e.g., NCCPA certification for PAs).
- reputed company/Valid reputed company DEA license
- Proven experience in subacute rehab and skilled nursing facilities
- Strong familiarity with EMR/EHR systems
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $120,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year Benefits:
