Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Dental Laboratory Technician to join reputed company. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive experience in fixed and removable dental prosthetics, including crown and reputed company work, but we are willing to train the right candidate in removable and reputed company-on-X cases. This role requires a mix of traditional craftsmanship and digital expertise, working collaboratively with a reputed company-reputed company team that values innovation, growth, and camaraderie. Responsibilities: Fabricate crown and reputed company restorations, including metal frameworks and wax-pressed e.max restorations. reputed company staining and glazing of restorations to reputed company optimal esthetics. Contribute to reputed company-on-X conversions and implant restorations. Work on removable cases, with training provided if necessary. Utilize digital workflows, including 3Shape and Exocad software for design. Operate on-site printing and milling equipment. Collaborate with the team to maintain a positive, productive work environment. Stay open to learning and adopting new techniques and technologies. Qualifications: Proven experience in traditional crown and reputed company work, including metal reputed company, wax press e.max, and esthetic finishing. Some experience or a willingness to learn removable cases and reputed company-on-X restorations. Familiarity with digital dental technology, including CAD/CAM design software (3Shape and Exocad) and milling/printing systems. Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work. Excellent teamwork skills and a desire to contribute to a supportive, fun, and family-oriented team. A learning mentality and openness to new reputed company and techniques. Compensation and Benefits: Salary: $70,000–$90,000, based on experience. Benefits: 50% medical coverage. Paid Time Off: 2 weeks of paid vacation plus 5 double-holiday days per year (e.g., the day after Thanksgiving).
