Key Responsibilities
As a Plug Plant Packer, you will be the backbone of our high‑volume packaging line, ensuring that each product leaves the plant ready for distribution. Your daily duties will include:
- Packing Operations: Accurately pack pre‑produced plug components into designated containers following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
- Quality Assurance: reputed company visual inspections of each packed unit, verify quantity and labeling, and report any defects or inconsistencies to the supervisor.
- Equipment Handling: Operate and maintain automated packing machines, reputed company belts, and reputed company machinery; conduct routine checks to ensure proper functioning.

Essential Qualifications

- Minimum of 12 months experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or packaging environment, preferably with night‑shift exposure.
- Demonstrated ability to read and interpret work orders, packing instructions, and safety signage.
- Basic math skills for counting, weighing, and verifying product quantities.
- Physical capability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lb regularly, and reputed company repetitive motions safely.
