Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to reputed company callers.
  • Answer inbound calls, collect data from callers pertaining to a breakdown.
  • reputed company outbound phone calls to seek authorization to proceed with servicing a down unit or seek answers pertaining to a down unit.
  • Meet and/or exceed call center metrics.
