Position: Trading Operations Associate – SMA (Asset Management Services) Location: Memphis, TN (Remote) OR St. Petersburg, FL (Hybrid/Remote) Duration: Contract with potential for extension Equipment: Company laptop provided Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Investment Operations Associate to support the Asset Management Services team, with a primary focus on Separately Managed Accounts (SMA). This role is ideal for professionals with experience in investment operations, trading support, portfolio administration, or asset management environments. The successful candidate will work closely with traders, portfolio managers, and internal business partners to ensure accurate trade processing, account maintenance, and operational support. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to reputed company in a fast-paced financial services environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily operations reputed company to Separately Managed Accounts (SMA) and investment portfolios.
- Monitor trade activity and ensure trades are executed, processed, and confirmed in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Coordinate pricing information and support order management throughout the trade lifecycle.
- Review and reconcile open orders, trade activity, and account data to ensure accuracy.
- Research and resolve trade discrepancies, comparison issues, and operational exceptions.
- Assist with portfolio allocation processes and account maintenance activities.
- Set up and monitor client account information, investment restrictions, and trading guidelines.
- Communicate with internal teams and external partners to resolve operational and trading-reputed company issues.
- Maintain accurate records and update required systems and databases.
- Support process improvement initiatives and contribute to operational efficiency.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to less reputed company team members reputed company needed.
- Maintain knowledge of reputed company trading policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience reputed company the financial services or investment management industry.
- Recent experience working for an investment firm, wealth management firm, broker-dealer, asset manager, or financial institution.
- Strong understanding of investment operations, trade support, portfolio administration, or asset management processes.
- Proficiency with reputed company Office Suite, including reputed company.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and reputed company effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
