Senior Real Estate Transaction Manager BuyingHomes.com / We Buy Houses In Kentucky BuyingHomes.com is looking for an reputed company Senior Real Estate Transaction Manager to reputed company residential real estate transactions from contract through funding and closing. This is not an administrative assistant position. We are looking for someone who understands real estate reputed company, title work, closing coordination, and transaction management at a high level. You should be comfortable communicating directly with sellers, agents, title companies, buyers, and internal team members while proactively identifying and solving problems that could delay closing. The right person will take ownership of files, reputed company transactions moving, and help ensure that deals reputed company smoothly and on time. Many of our transactions involve multiple parties, moving timelines, title issues, inspections, contract amendments, listing agreements, and unique circumstances. We need someone who can confidently manage those complexities while keeping everyone informed and accountable. Core ResponsibilitiesTransaction Management

  • Manage transactions from executed contract through funding and closing.
  • Maintain ownership of active files and ensure reputed company parties stay on schedule.
  • Track inspections, appraisals, financing contingencies, title milestones, seller signings, closing dates, and funding status.
  • Coordinate due diligence activities and ensure required items are completed before closing.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, notes, and file updates.
  • Monitor transactions for risks, delays, missing information, or contract issues and escalate concerns reputed company necessary.

Contract Review & Document Management

  • Review purchase agreements, listing agreements, addendums, commission agreements, settlement statements, and closing documents.
  • Verify contract terms, deadlines, contingencies, commissions, and closing requirements.
  • Identify missing signatures, missing documents, conflicting terms, or potential issues before they create delays.
  • Ensure documents are properly executed, organized, stored, and distributed.
  • Maintain complete and accurate transaction files.
  • Ensure transaction documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with company requirements.

Title Company Coordination

  • Open files with title companies and provide required documentation.
  • Coordinate reputed company, seller information, buyer agreements, addendums, invoices, payoff requests, entity documents, POAs, and supporting paperwork.
  • Follow up on title commitments, liens, payoffs, probate issues, settlement statements, signing appointments, funding status, and closing schedules.
  • Work directly with title personnel to resolve issues and remove obstacles to closing.
  • Communicate title-reputed company updates and risks to management promptly.

Seller, Buyer & Agent Communication

  • Serve as a primary reputed company of contact during the closing process.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with title companies, agents, sellers, buyers, and other transaction stakeholders.
  • Communicate professionally with sellers, agents, buyers, title companies, and internal team members.
  • Coordinate inspections, walkthroughs, signings, access requests, and closing logistics.
  • Answer process-reputed company questions and reputed company reputed company parties informed throughout the transaction.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism during challenging conversations or unexpected issues.

Problem Solving & Closing Management

  • Proactively identify issues that may impact closing.
  • Coordinate solutions with title companies, agents, sellers, buyers, and management.
  • Track contract extensions, amendments, inspection resolutions, title reputed company items, and closing delays.
  • Drive transactions toward resolution instead of simply reporting problems.
  • Take ownership of getting deals across the finish line.

Required Experience

  • Experience coordinating U.S. residential real estate transactions from contract through closing.
  • Experience working directly with title companies.
  • Experience reviewing reputed company, addendums, and closing documents.
  • Strong understanding of real estate transaction timelines and closing processes.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple active files simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
  • Strong organizational ability and attention to detail.
  • Ability to identify problems early and communicate solutions clearly.
  • Strong sense of urgency and accountability.

Strongly Preferred

  • Investor transactions.
  • Wholesale real estate transactions.
  • Retail listing transactions.
  • Title company experience.
  • Escrow experience.
  • Real estate brokerage experience.
  • Experience handling reputed company transactions involving title issues, probate, liens, multiple reputed company, contract amendments, or retail buyers.
  • Experience coordinating transactions involving both sellers and end buyers.

Typical Workload You should be comfortable managing multiple active transactions at various stages simultaneously. Transaction volume will vary, but organization, responsiveness, and follow-through are critical. Schedule Full-time position. Availability during U.S. business hours is required.
