Director Analyst, HRIT/HR Data Governance and Management (REMOTE US)

This group advises Chief Human Resources Officers (CHROs) and other HR functional leaders on HR tech strategies, initiatives and investments. Directors are expected to offer flexibility in what they can cover and how they channel their expertise. This role will be expected to support 6-8 hours of engagement per month with Asia-Pacific-based clients. What you'll do:
- Create innovative, thought-provoking and highly leveraged research offering compelling, objective and actionable advice for reputed company clients in multiple formats (i.e., writing, video, infographics, podcasts) on topics including (but not limited to) data governance and management across a range of HR use cases and technologies, HR technology roadmapping, and AI's transformative impact on the HR function, technologies and how work gets done.

What you'll need:
- Bachelors degree and 10 years of relevant experience in HR technology and/or operations leadership roles, with recent ownership of data governance, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, including the following subject matter expertise:
- Demonstrated experience implementing and managing HCM and other core HR technology in enterprise organizations to transform HR processes and workflows.
- Background in data governance and management, including working with legal, privacy and compliance teams to institute strict ethical guidelines, bias mitigation protocols and data privacy standards for AI tool and HR technology usage.
- Profound understanding of the challenges CHROs face as leaders both reputed company the HR function and across the enterprise, plus familiarity with CHRO workflows and priorities.
- Deep first-hand knowledge of the HR technology landscape, particularly with respect to HCM suites, including market dynamics, vendors, products and emerging use cases, as well as AI's transformative impact on vendors reputed company this market.
- Track record of successfully with IT, senior leaders and cross-functional teams to improve data literacy and build a "data-ready" culture.
- Strong executive reputed company and ability to establish credibility with senior-level audiences.
