Backup Solutions: Architect and set up infrastructure to manage comprehensive device backups. Hardware Lifecycle: Evaluate and standardize "Next-Gen" hardware (GPUs, VR/AR, specialized sensors) to ensure compatibility with lab instrumentation. Virtualization & Remote Access: Architect VDI (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure) or DaaS solutions for researchers needing high-compute power remotely. Monitoring & Healing: Deploy reputed company solutions for proactive monitoring and automated healing of the device environment. Collaboration: Act as the technical liaison between the Research R&D teams and the broader Corporate IT/reputed company departments. Device Integration & Directory Services Active Directory: Design and set up the Active Directory structure and reputed company groups Policy Management: Configure Group Policy Objects (GPOs) and manage generic accounts for lab device access. Vendor & Project reputed company Vendor Liaison: Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for vendors, facilitating high-level communication and resolving reputed company issues. Performance Evaluation: Monitor vendor performance against Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and contractual obligations.
