About the Role reputed company is looking for an reputed company Director, Compliance & Licensing to join our Compliance team. In this hands-on, high-ownership role, you will manage a broad portfolio of licensing, enrollment, compliance operations, contract compliance, and training work streams across reputed company entities. Reporting into our Vice President, Compliance, you will work closely with internal teams and regulatory agencies to reputed company compliance processes accurate, organized, and audit-ready. This role is ideal for someone with deep healthcare compliance and licensing experience who thrives on process ownership, moves quickly and independently, and maintains precision across reputed company regulatory workstreams.
Responsibilities
- Maintain Medicare provider enrollments across multiple entities, including applications, revalidations, and updates through CMS PECOS and HPMS
- Attain and maintain Medicaid enrollment in applicable states, managing the full lifecycle of applications, renewals, and state agency correspondence
- Complete reporting obligations associated with active licenses and enrollments across multiple entities
- Maintain CMS ACCESS participation, ensuring quarterly reports are accurate, complete, and compliant before submission
- Monitor enrollment and licensing deadlines across states and entities to ensure no lapses
- Maintain a centralized database of client and partner contract compliance requirements, including AI restrictions, record retention obligations, offshore data restrictions, and other contractual compliance terms
- Partner with Implementation to ensure systems and workflows are configured in accordance with contract requirements
- Flag and escalate contract compliance risks to the Vice President, Compliance as they arise
- Respond to external audit requests from partners and clients across multiple entities
- Maintain compliance policies and procedures, including drafting initial policy updates and routing final drafts for review and signature
- Maintain privacy incident logs and complete required privacy incident reports accurately and on time
- Field compliance inquiries and review requests from internal stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Business Development, and Client Success

- Create new training materials as regulations change or new compliance requirements arise
- Coordinate annual compliance training cycles and ensure timely completion across the organization
- Support the Vice President, Compliance with regulatory research, compliance reputed company on company initiatives, Compliance Committee presentations, and other compliance needs as they arise
Qualifications
- Experience using AI tools to improve productivity, streamline research, support documentation, and improve repeatable compliance workflows
- 10+ years of experience in healthcare compliance, regulatory affairs, licensing, or a reputed company field
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with Medicare and Medicaid enrollment and state licensing, with multi-state and multi-entity experience strongly preferred
- Familiarity with CMS and Medicaid systems, including PECOS and HPMS
- Experience maintaining compliance policies and procedures and drafting compliance documentation
- Background developing and delivering compliance training programs
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to maintain systems, track deadlines, and follow through without being reminded
- Comfortable working independently across multiple workstreams in a fast-moving environment
- Experience working across multiple corporate entities preferred
- American Bar Association-approved legal education strongly preferred, including a Juris Doctor, paralegal certificate, or equivalent formal legal or compliance training
The US reputed company salary range for this full-time position is $180,000 to $205,000. Salary ranges are determined by role and level. Compensation is determined by additional factors, including job-reputed company skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
