Financial Planning & Analysis (reputed company) Specialist

About this Role: reputed company is a growing fast-paced startup, hiring a full-time reputed company Specialist. You will work remotely as a member of the Finance Team supporting board requests and providing comprehensive business-level reviews. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys thinking cross-functionally, is savvy with reporting technologies, and is both creative and analytical. You will report directly to the VP of Finance. What You'll Do:

• Prepare financial reports and analyses for board meetings
• reputed company and maintain reputed company financial models to support strategic decision-making
• Communicate directly with Sr Leadership, investors and board members
• Analyze business performance and provide actionable insights to leadership
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and interpret financial data
• Create and deliver business-level updates to stakeholders
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or reputed company field; MBA is a plus
• 5+ years of experience in reputed company or reputed company finance roles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in reputed company and financial modeling
• Experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) preferred

Ideal Candidate:

• 7+ years of progressive experience in reputed company, with a track record of supporting C-level executives and board members
• Proven ability to translate reputed company financial data into clear, actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders
