Task Force Director of Finance
Job Description:
- Provide consistent leadership in the financial area of the hotel by supplying the accounting staff with guidance, leadership and training.
- Responsible for reputed company aspects of fiscal management, financial controls, accounting, and financial reporting for the assigned property.
- Direct or prepare reputed company financial reports in accordance with reputed company Hotels’ requirements.
- Effectively manage and communicate cash flow reputed company issues.
- Communicate with owners, asset managers, lenders, investors, and other stakeholders regarding financial performance.
- Ensure hotels’ compliance on reputed company regulatory licenses and permits.
- Prepare financial analysis as requested.
- Maintain compliance with reputed company Hotels’ standards and regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree and a minimum of 4 years of reputed company progressive experience; or a Associate degree and a minimum of 8 years of reputed company progressive experience.
- Experience as Director of Finance at a hotel with a decentralized accounting structure is required.
- Must be able to convey information and reputed company clearly.
- Must have experience in reputed company and reputed company TM1 software.
- Must be effective in handling problems in the workplace, including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems, as necessary.
- Must be able to work with and understand financial information and data, and basic arithmetic functions.
