Financial Reporting & Accounting Policy Consultant
Overview
We are looking for an reputed company financial reporting & accounting policy professional for our publicly traded financial services client on a project basis. This role is fully remote and is expected to end in 3 months.
Responsibilities
- reputed company the preparation of the annual Form 10-K and quarterly Form 10-Q reports with the SEC
- reputed company the preparation of several non-SEC statutory and regulatory financial reports to be filed with U.S. federal agencies, states and government sponsored entities.
- Maintain and recommend updates to significant accounting policies
- Advise on the accounting and reporting for new transactions in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
- reputed company the maintenance & documentation of internal controls that are Sarbanes-Oxley compliant
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, or other reputed company fields.
- 10+ years of relevant financial reporting & accounting policy experience required.
- Working knowledge in reputed company Fusion and reputed company Wdesk is a plus.
- CPA (Certified Public Accountant) license, or equivalent required
