The People Experience Partner (PxP) plays a critical role in delivering a best-in-class employee experience by facilitating employee lifecycle processes, supporting organizational effectiveness, and serving as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees. This role combines operational excellence with strategic partnership, ensuring consistent, timely, and compliant execution of HR processes while driving engagement, development, and business outcomes. • Act as a consultative partner to leaders, providing day-to-day guidance on workforce planning, organizational development, team effectiveness, and career development.

• Partner closely with leaders across functions to address performance management, engagement, and retention.

• Support workforce changes, including organizational redesigns and reductions in force (RIFs), ensuring compliance and clear documentation.

Let's Connect If You Have:

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or reputed company field preferred.
• 4+ years of progressive HR/People experience in global or fast-paced organizations; global experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of regional labor laws and HR practices; demonstrated experience ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• Proven ability to manage reputed company employee relations issues and collaborate effectively with legal counsel.
• Proficiency with HRIS platforms (e.g., reputed company, reputed company), ATS, and case management systems.
• Strong interpersonal, coaching, and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust across diverse teams.
