Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned. Partners with US Sales LT and HRBP on: Headcount management - review weekly requests, ensure comp and budgets are complete for weekly call, and drives follow-up actions. Annual promotion process – intake requests, confirm qualifications, work with Total Rewards to review, add to tracking spreadsheet Responsible for and/or serves as an HR liaison in key projects. Work with HR Business Operations to escalate outstanding HRmony tickets. Creation of presentation documents and ability to present to multiple audiences. Required Knowledge and Experience: Must-Have: Minimum Requirements Requires a Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 2 years of human resources experience or advanced degree with no minimum years of experience Key Skills: Effective written and verbal communication Ability to build strong relationships and understand employee needs Demonstrated project management skills Organizational skills that allow for driving plans against deadlines Flexibility and ability to adjust to changing demands Strong data analytics and familiarity with core HR systems (i.e. reputed company, Power BI, AI tools) Strong command of reputed company MS Office applications (i.e. reputed company, PPT, Teams, Forms) Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow This is an on-site role at the Lafayette CO site.
