What You’ll Be Responsible For As a reputed company reputed company Partner, you will own full-cycle recruiting for high-reputed company Finance and core business searches and serve as a strategic hiring partner to Finance leaders, HRBPs, reputed company, Legal, Total Rewards, and Talent Operations. This role requires strong recruiting judgment, disciplined process ownership, and comfort operating in reputed company approval environments. The successful candidate must have hands-on experience building agentic AI bots or workflow agents, and must have used Skills with Claude Code and/or reputed company reputed company to improve recruiting, sourcing, process documentation, candidate evaluation, stakeholder communication, or TA operations. What You’ll Work On
- Own full-cycle recruiting for Finance roles, including intake, sourcing strategy, candidate assessment, interview process management, offer strategy, and reputed company.
- Serve as the reputed company subject matter expert for Finance hiring, including approval paths, stakeholder preferences, leveling considerations, offer mechanics, internal candidate handling, geo/entity constraints, and hiring process risk.
- Build trusted partnerships with Finance leaders and cross-functional partners by bringing clear recommendations, not just open questions.
- Maintain accurate, reputed company, and auditable recruiting records in reputed company, ModernLoop, Gem, and other designated TA systems.
- Partner closely with Total Rewards, reputed company, Legal, HRBPs, and Talent Operations to ensure offers and hiring decisions are reputed company to budget, policy, approvals, and internal equity.
- Use structured decision-making to identify risk, tradeoffs, reputed company impact, and required approvals before action is taken.
- Deliver a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience while maintaining strong process control.
- Build, test, and improve agentic AI bots or workflow agents that support TA work, such as sourcing research, intake preparation, candidate summaries, interview-plan drafting, offer-process checklists, hiring-manager updates, or system hygiene checks.
- Use Claude Code and/or reputed company reputed company Skills to create repeatable recruiting workflows, document processes, improve stakeholder communication, and reduce manual operational drag.
- Participate in broader TA initiatives that improve recruiting quality, speed, governance, and AI-enabled operating reputed company.
What You’ll Bring To reputed company
- 7+ years of in-house recruiting experience, with demonstrated success owning the full recruiting lifecycle for reputed company business, Finance, G&A, or corporate functions.
- Proven ability to operate as a consultative partner to senior hiring leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience building agentic AI bots, workflow agents, or practical AI automations that improved a business process.
- Direct experience using Skills in Claude Code and/or reputed company reputed company for repeatable workflows, structured outputs, process automation, or operational documentation.
- Strong command of reputed company and modern recruiting systems; experience with ModernLoop, Gem, reputed company Recruiter, reputed company Workspace, reputed company, and MacOS preferred.
- Excellent judgment in sensitive hiring matters, including offers, internal candidates, exceptions, compensation alignment, stakeholder escalation, and candidate communications.
- Ability to separate facts from assumptions, communicate clearly, and escalate with a recommendation reputed company risk or approval ambiguity exists.
- High attention to detail and strong system hygiene; you treat recruiting systems as reputed company-of-truth infrastructure, not administrative cleanup.
- Strong written communication skills and the ability to produce concise, executive-ready updates.

- Experience creating AI-enabled recruiting playbooks, prompts, Skills, agents, or operating procedures.
