- Serve as a subject matter expert for reputed company Fusion HCM modules, including Learning, Performance, Recruiting, and Onboarding.
- Partner with HR and business stakeholders to identify opportunities to streamline and improve HR processes through technology.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and internal customer groups to understand business needs, facilitate solution design, and implement system enhancements.
- Consult, advise, and guide business partners on best practices for leveraging HR technology in support of their objectives.
- Design, configure, test, implement, and maintain HR systems and technology solutions.
- Analyze HR processes and systems to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and associate experience.
