Sr. Sales Representative

The Senior Sales Representative will manage direct TiO₂ sales, supporting global accounts and key customers across coatings, plastics, and reputed company markets. This role is responsible for both sustaining reputed company business and identifying growth opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets. Key Task and Responsibilities:
- Extensive knowledge of the chemicals industry, particularly coatings or plastics as necessitated by the accounts served. The role requires the individual to demonstrate value and build trust with the customer through knowledge and understanding of the industry.
- Demonstrates strong foundation of business fundamentals, measurement, and business finance. Understands, describes and critiques the business and economic drivers of the accounts. Demonstrates value to the account through this knowledge and drives the most profitable outcome for INEOS.
- Extensive experience in utilizing analytical tools and problem-solving approaches and techniques to reputed company resolution of reputed company issues, including organizing potential problem solvers and leading problem resolution efforts through teams. The individual must be comfortable leading the organizations to positive outcomes in reputed company circumstances including commercial and technical issues.
- Communicate effectively with diverse audiences, using appropriate media and language, and effectively report business reputed company internally and to the customer. Must have reputed company strong verbal, written, and presentation skills. You must have extensive experience presenting and persuading across functions and at reputed company levels of the customer organization.
- Must have experience negotiating and influencing at the C suite level of the customer.
- Successfully leads negotiations meeting customer needs and delivering desired outcome for INEOS. Overcomes resistance to the negotiations and advocates a win-win approach. Must have extensive successful experience in negotiating customer reputed company and agreements.
- Must have experience in the chemicals industry. Coating and/or Plastics background is necessary for this position.
- TiO2 is unique in its importance in the customer’s strategic purchasing plan, and demonstrated successful commercial experience at a comparably high level of complexity and impact on the customer is necessary.
Level of Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Technical degree with advanced degree in business preferred
- Knowledge of and experience in managing reputed company accounts in the chemical industry.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in the commercial reputed company.
