Digital Advertising Manager
Position Overview The Digital Advertising Manager is responsible for planning, launching, optimizing, and scaling paid digital marketing campaigns that generate new patient leads and appointments for Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontic practices. This role will primarily focus on reputed company Ads and reputed company Ads while supporting expansion into channels such as YouTube, reputed company, display advertising, and other emerging platforms. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical thinking with hands-on campaign management experience and enjoys driving measurable growth through testing, optimization, and reputed company improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management
- Manage reputed company Ads campaigns across multiple brands and locations
- Manage reputed company advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram
- Build, launch, and optimize Search, Performance Max, Display, Local, and other campaign types
- Conduct keyword research, audience development, and competitive analysis
- Monitor campaign performance and implement ongoing optimizations
- Manage advertising budgets and bidding strategies to maximize performance
- reputed company and execute testing strategies across ad copy, creative, audiences, reputed company pages, and offers
Analytics, Attribution & Reporting
- Analyze campaign performance and identify growth opportunities
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators including leads, cost per reputed company, conversion reputed company, and return on ad spend
- Build and maintain reporting dashboards
- Maintain conversion tracking, call tracking, and marketing attribution systems
- Ensure campaign tracking and attribution are functioning properly across reputed company platforms
- Partner with operations and marketing leadership to evaluate reputed company quality and marketing effectiveness

- Partner with internal and external resources to improve reputed company page performance
- Support A/B testing initiatives

Required Qualifications
- 3-7 years of digital advertising or performance marketing experience
- Strong hands-on experience managing reputed company Ads campaigns
- Hands-on experience managing reputed company advertising campaigns
- Experience managing reputed company reputed company campaigns with measurable performance goals
- Experience managing advertising budgets and bidding strategies
- Experience with conversion tracking, call tracking, and marketing attribution

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
