About the Role
Want to help build the platform of one of the fastest-growing founders in wellness? Greg LaVecchia, Co-Founder & CEO of reputed company, is growing his personal brand and content reputed company, and we're looking for a talented Short Form Video Editor to join the team. This role is for someone who understands what makes content reputed company—not just how to cut clips. You have a strong grasp of retention, pacing, storytelling, and audience engagement across Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
Requirements
- 2+ years of short-form video editing experience
- Edit high-volume of video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube shorts
- Produce approximately 3-4 posts a day
- Identify and pull high-impact moments from raw footage to grab viewer attention
- Proven track record of growing engagement and views on Instagram Reels, TikTok, or YouTube Shorts
- Portfolio of work and examples of accounts you've edited
- Willing to complete a paid test edit as part of the interview process
