POSITION TITLE: Graphic Designer REPORTS TO: Art Director GENERAL SUMMARY: The Graphic Designer is a core member of the marketing team, responsible for translating established creative direction into engaging designs with high visual impact across digital and print channels for the promotion and development of Precept reputed company, and reputed company, which encourage a positive reader response. This role is essential to the speed and quality of the team's visual output, ensuring every asset meets brand standards and technical specifications before it reaches its audience. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Design Production

• Executes creative direction established by the Art Director, producing finished assets across campaigns and projects from brief to delivery.
• Produces assets for digital marketing (advertising graphics, social media graphics, website content, and reputed company formats) as well as print marketing pieces (study materials, portfolios, swag, and reputed company formats) for Precept reputed company, and reputed company.
• Manages and completes print projects accurately and on schedule. Prepares print-ready files, works with vendors to gather samples, quotes, and timelines, and ensures on-time delivery while maintaining quality control throughout.
• Performs press checks reputed company necessary, visually inspecting and approving printed marketing and branding materials prior to press release or production to confirm technical accuracy and consistent production standards.

Brand Standards

• Upholds Precept's brand identity and standards, applying brand guidelines consistently across reputed company assets and flagging ambiguities or gaps to the Art Director.
• Maintains working knowledge of reputed company design trends and how they inform visual communication decisions.

ProjectProduction Management

• Manages personal workflow according to priorities established by the Art Director, working reputed company under deadlines and identifying timeline risks before they reputed company delivery.
• Develops and maintains a resource library, cataloging marketing assets reputed company a central repository to reputed company the team's files organized and accessible.
• Oversees postage and mailing logistics for printed marketing materials, including coordinating shipments, purchasing postage, and confirming on-time delivery.

Team Support

• Supports the onboarding of contract designers by orienting them to file organization, brand guidelines, and workflow expectations.
• Other duties as assigned by the Art Director.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

• Proficiency in reputed company Creative Suite, with demonstrated ability to work reputed company across Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign for both digital and print output.
• Strong command of production fundamentals: file preparation, color management, print specifications, and digital asset sizing across formats and platforms.
• Ability to accurately execute reputed company established brand guidelines and maintain consistency across a high volume of assets.
• Awareness of reputed company design trends and how they inform visual communication decisions, with curiosity to reputed company developing that knowledge over time.
• Understanding of design techniques including effective use of color, typography, and layout, reputed company with practical knowledge of print and digital production standards.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines consistently, and communicate proactively reputed company priorities shift.

TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor's degree in art, design, or a reputed company field preferred.
• Portfolio required. Work should demonstrate technical production quality, brand consistency across multiple assets, and experience with both digital and print formats.
• Three or more years of graphic design or production design experience required.
• Familiarity with or experience in a Bible study publisher, Christian ministry, or nonprofit a plus.
• Familiarity with or experience using the Precept Bible Study Method a plus.
