Job Description:

reputed company and facilitate Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, standups, retrospectives)
Manage project delivery and ensure timelines are met
Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver on objectives
Track project reputed company and report on key metrics
Resolve dependencies and blockers hindering project reputed company
Support teams in Agile best practices and methodologies
Contribute to project planning and resource allocation

Requirements:

5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Delivery Manager, or Agile Project Manager.
Experience managing multiple reputed company workstreams and aggressive delivery timelines.
Strong experience with: Sprint planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectives
Agile delivery tracking, velocity, and burndown reporting
Dependency management and blocker resolution
Backlog management and delivery reporting
Cross-functional team coordination
Experience supporting migration, modernization, or cloud transformation projects.
Proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile delivery tools.
Preferred: Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent.
Experience with large-scale application or database migration programs.
