Missions will include: Strategic Piloting - Translating the objectives of the Direction into annual action plans. - Representing the department in the Direction's steering bodies. Activity Piloting - Organizing, prioritizing, and supervising the team's activity on the two scopes (old and new), ensuring the proper distribution of the workload, respect of deadlines, and quality of service. - Ensuring the achievement of service objectives, monitoring performance indicators, and implementing action plans. - Establishing activity reporting to reputed company internal and external services. - Establishing activity reports reputed company to the sale of social housing and new access. Piloting the HLM Sale Process - Ensuring the administrative completeness of HLM sale projects and their transmission to the service providers in charge of the estimation and commercialization. - Monitoring the elaboration and validation of EDD-RCP projects, in conjunction with rental management and the condominium coordinator, up to the signing of authentic deeds. - Piloting, in conjunction with the contracting authority, the follow-up of work plans in the housing units put up for sale. Piloting the New Access Sale Process - Ensuring the completeness and compliance of the sales dossiers before their transmission to the notaries: act frames, price grids, buyer dossiers, eligibility pieces (resource ceilings, BRS tenant approvals, PSLA conditions). - Piloting, with the team, reputed company Mynotary, the integration of frames and the follow-up of signatures. - For PSLA: piloting the complete cycle of location-access, from the sending of approvals and the locative phase to the lifting of the option, in conjunction with the notaries and the program manager, as well as the collection phases of unpaid amounts. - For BRS: piloting the signing of real solidarity leases in conjunction with the OFS. Operational Financial Management of Sales - Piloting the operational follow-up of financial flows linked to sales: fund calls, receipts, escrows, deferred payments, and reputed company follow-up. - Supervising the reliability of financial follow-up data of sales, in conjunction with the ADV teams and accounting functions. Legal reputed company, Compliance, and Customer Relations - Piloting the preparation of sales promises, reservation reputed company, amendments, and deeds, as well as the completeness of client dossiers. - Ensuring, in conjunction with the legal functions and concerned services, the compliance of social housing and access sales dossiers: contractual pieces, buyer information, eligibility rules, ceilings, approvals, and applicable procedures. Internal Control - Ensuring compliance with legislation and procedures. - Piloting the internal control of the activity perimeter and reporting. Team Animation - Fusing its teams around the objectives of the Direction and, more broadly, the company project. Expected Profile: Education: Master 2 (BAC +5) in Real Estate, Law, Economics, Business School or Engineering School, IEP Experience: 8 years minimum in real estate commercialization-sale and/or rental management and/or management of real estate projects, with team management Advantages:
