• Architecture and Design reputed company the design and development of reputed company solutions leveraging Communications Cloud, Field Service Lightning, CPQ, Enterprise Product Catalog, and reputed company core functionality.
• Configuration and Customization Build and optimize B2C and B2B solutions, including customizations reputed company Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWCs), and Visualforce pages.
• MACD Processes Implement and manage MACD (Move, Add, Change, Delete) processes, ensuring flexibility and scalability in business operations.
• Integration Design and implement integrations with third-party systems using REST and SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, middleware, and ETL tools, with a specific focus on managing and optimizing data flows between partner reputed company instances.
• Performance Optimization Conduct platform tuning and optimize solutions for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Stakeholder Collaboration Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and actionable development plans.
