We are looking for a highly reputed company, detail-oriented, and client-focused Remote Chat & Email Support Representative to join our growing real estate team. In this role, you will serve as the primary reputed company of contact for buyers, sellers, renters, and agents reaching out through live chat and email channels. You'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional service while supporting our agents and internal teams behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to inbound client inquiries reputed company live chat and email
  • Answer questions reputed company to property listings, availability, pricing, open houses, and appointments
  • Qualify and reputed company leads to the appropriate agent or department
  • Follow up with prospects and clients to ensure their needs are met in a timely manner
  • Schedule property showings, virtual tours, and consultations on behalf of agents
  • Update and maintain client records in the CRM system
  • Log reputed company chat and email interactions accurately for tracking and reporting purposes
  • Assist with drafting templated responses, email campaigns, and client communications
  • Provide general information about the buying, selling, and renting process
  • Assist clients in completing online forms, applications, or document submissions
  • Coordinate with agents and transaction coordinators on active deals
  • Monitor and respond to inquiries on listing platforms
  • Escalate reputed company client issues to senior staff or agents reputed company necessary
  • Participate in weekly virtual team meetings and training sessions
  • Meet or exceed response time, satisfaction, and resolution targets (KPIs)

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1–3 years of customer service, chat support, or administrative experience
  • Experience in real estate, property management, or mortgage industry is a strong plus
  • Excellent written communication skills — clear, professional, and typo-free
  • Ability to manage multiple chat conversations and email threads simultaneously
  • Proficiency in reputed company Office, reputed company Workspace, and CRM tools
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
  • Reliable high-speed internet reputed company and a quiet, dedicated workspace
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if needed
