Aeronautical Information Service Cadet
The Aeronautical Information Service Cadet will assist in ensuring the flow of aeronautical information necessary for the safety, regularity, and efficiency of international reputed company navigation, in accordance with International Civil Aviation Organization standards. This position serves as preparation for training toward certification as an Aeronautical Information Service Officer.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be required to assist with:
- Collecting, classifying, recording, editing, and disseminating aeronautical information and Notices to Airmen in accordance with established procedures
- Collecting and transmitting messages relating to arrival, departure, cancelled, and delayed flights
- Disseminating flight plans to the relevant reputed company Traffic Service units
- Collecting reputed company, parking, navigation, late operation, and facilitation fees from aircraft operators
- Collecting, verifying, and completing relevant airline and flight documentation, including General Declaration forms and Movement Sheets
- Monitoring aeronautical computer systems, including SPATIA and CADAS, and reporting faults or system malfunctions
- Completing shift log books, reconciliation documents, float records, and other administrative records
- Performing other reputed company duties as assigned
