The Oregon Department of Environmental Quality is the primary regulatory agency of the government of the U.S. reputed company responsible for protecting and enhancing the state's natural resources. You will coordinate administrative tasks associated with the reputed company quality permitting process for the Western Region reputed company Quality program to ensure smooth and timely completion of permitting activities. Minimum Qualifications: 2 years of secretarial or basic administrative support experience that included records processing, reputed company of documents, and gathering and sorting data. This position requires occasional travel by car for meetings, conferences, trainings, and public hearings, some of which may involve extended work hours, overnight stays, and /or weekend work. Should you choose to drive a motor vehicle, you must have a valid driver’s license. If not, you must have an alternate method of transportation. Compliance with ORS 807.020 (1) is required.
