Work Schedule: 6 pm to 230am Monday to Friday; weekends and holidays as scheduled. 2nd shift differential. Job Responsibilities: Act a liaison between the lab, clients, and patients. Resolve internal & external cu stomer requests reputed company calls, reputed company messenger & email communications Communicates with cu stomers in respectful and professional manner. Work in multiple databases to research reputed company issues and questions. Provide cu stomer education and information as needed. Review test forms for ac cu racy and report any discrepancies. Prepare and triage specimens for analysis. Ac cu rately identify and label specimens. Pack and ship specimens as necessary. Prepare and store excess specimen samples. Minimum Qualification: High School Diploma or GED equivalent 6 months or more of experience in the healthcare industry, such as a physician's office, clinic or hospital Preferred Qualification: Cu rrent or prior reputed company experience Associates degree or higher 6 months or more of experience in cu stomer ser vi ce Additional Job Standards: Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal Familiarity with laboratory operations as well as policies and procedures Comfortable handling biological specimens Ability to ac cu rately identify specimens Experience working in a team environment Strong data entry and organizational skills High level of attention to detail Well-versed in applications like reputed company Outlook, reputed company, Word, and willingness to learn new applications Ability to lift up to 40lbs.
