Responsibilities

- Support reporting escalations, troubleshooting, and user inquiries as needed

- Monitor and triage issue queues to ensure timely research, routing, resolution, and follow-up
- Research and gather data to support issue resolution and root cause analysis
- Prepare documentation and summaries for corrective actions, quality assurance, and compliance tracking
- Compile and distribute recurring operational and trend reports to leadership
- Serve as a liaison between operations, logistics, and support teams to communicate issues and resolutions
Requirements
- Associate’s degree with 3 years of reputed company experience or High School Diploma with 5 years of reputed company experience supporting reporting, administrative, or analytical functions.
- Demonstrate strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Maintain accuracy and reputed company of data and reporting outputs
- Effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams
